With Universal planning a park for young children in Texas, I think it is also necessary for them to build another one for others. This would be the park that most Universal fans are familiar with, except it is done in a different layout than most of their parks. Is done similar to the Magic Kingdom style that Disney uses so often.

Here's some ideas I have:

Hollywood Boulevard:
The Grand Movie Adventure

Studioland:
WaterWorld
Special Effects Show
Despicable Me Minion Mayhem
Secret Life of Pets: Off the Leash
Race through New York with Jimmy Fallon
Studio Tram Tour
Animal Actors

Mysteryland:
King Julien's Carousel
Madagascar: A Crate Adventure
Jurassic Park River Adventure
Jurassic Park Discovery Center
Pteradon Fliers
Jumanji EMV Jeep Simulator
Revenge of the Mummy

Magicland:
How to Train Your Dragon Flight Simulator
Donkey: Live
Shrek Coaster
Kung-Fu Panda 3-D Adventure
Lantern Flight
Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey
Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure
Flight of the Hippogriff

Sci-Filand:
E.T. Adventure
Transformers: Battle for the AllSpark
Men in Black: Alien Attack
Back to the Future: Race through Time
Star Trek: Journey through the Cosmos
Starship Enterprise

Nintendo Land:
Yoshi's Adventure
Donkey Kong Drop Tower
Mario Kart: Bowser's Challenge
Interactive Games

Men in Black is a totally dead IP at this point and I’d replace it with something like Chainsaw Man or Evangelion. If those are too dark then Sailor Moon could work. Star Trek is on life support too at this rate, but its sheer legacy means maybe one attraction is fine. On the other hand with Paramount getting involved if they’re willing to do so (heard things are rocky between them) we can also throw in TMNT somewhere. Waterworld is also pretty dead but Universal own it lock stock and key and the show’s a classic, so I’ll let that slide. Not sure how well Jumanji is doing either at this rate, but I noticed a relative lack of darker/more adult IP as well. King Kong, Demon Slayer, Gundam, SpongeBob (again depends on Paramount), Dragon Ball, One Piece, Jujutsu Kaisen, Naruto, Bleach, Universal Monsters, Kamen Rider, Digimon, FMA, Vocaloid, Don Bluth, etc would all be good suggestions, but maybe darker franchises like Fist of the North Star would need a third park or be restricted to meetables. On the other hand since the other park is a kids park I would go hog wild with darker/more niche IP but not necessarily stuff from dead franchises that aren’t first party, the Illumination rides feel 100% out of place for one and belong more in the kids park, even if OTL is great. Shrek at least has the meme factor for him, and the Jimmy Fallon ride is a meme in and of itself.

TL;DR - Too many dead franchises, not enough anime, nice meme picks though.

Going into more detail; I have some specific replacement ideas:

Donkey Live = One Piece Presents Uta LIVE!
Despicable Me Minion Mayhem = My Hero Academia BREAKOUT
Jumanji EMV Jeep Simulator = Boruto Raiden Riders
Star Trek Journey Through the Cosmos = Neon Genesis Evangelion 4.0 the Ride
Men in Black Alien Attack = Mobile Suit Gundam G-Witch Academy
The Enterprise = Gundam Wing Tour

Thoughts on these replacements?
