Hi,
I was wondering if Universal Studios is worth taken a 4 year old too? Or, should we just stick to Disney World? I ask because I see not very much that would appeal to them on the U.S. website. Plus, it looks like what they do have for young kids is really nothing more than what I would find at a 6 flags. Am I Wrong???? Love to hear some opinions.. THanks;)

If your kids love the Nickelodeon, Hanna-Barbera (The Flintstones, Scooby-Doo, etc.), Madagascar, Barney, Curious George, Dr. Seuss, and Marvel superhero characters, then yes, it's definitely worth a try. :)

In addition to the attractions Legacy has posted, there are many meet-and-greets around the parks with all of the characters I listed....also, depending on the level of "thrill" they can handle, they also might enjoy attractions like MEN IN BLACK Alien Attack (similar to Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin at the MK) and The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man.

I would say USO has enough to do, and it can be a good day (or more likely half-day) away. I would avoid IOA, though, because it really doesn't offer much for young children.

Have a great visit!

I wouldn't say IOA doesnt offer that much for kids. They obviously have characters and of course all of Seuss Landing which is 3 soon to be 4 rides and the play ground, then there is Storm Force, P Flyers, the Discovery Center, Flying Unicorn, and of course the Mystic Fountain, which is fun for everyone. Now it doesnt have the amount of kids stuff that other parks does, but it isnt bad, and the characters are out quite a bit through out the day, especially ones like spider man and Seuss characters.
