Universal rooms booking question

I was looking at staying at Cabana Bay like I had done previously. However, I had in the past booked my room Online...If I call to make the reservation will I be able to not only book for the first nights stay but can i also pay my room in full with my Debit card similar to how you can book through Disney with a debit card? Anyone ever do this?

Unless I am missing something, this seems pretty straight forward and I agree with Corey. I don't know of a hotel that would not take payment upfront. I am sure most of them prefer it.
