why is a ghost( Professor Bins) teaching DADA when he always taught history of magic?

I think he meant Professor Bins is just using the classroom to give a lecture about the castle (probably it's history) and not actually teaching DADA.

Thanks for posting though, the theming looks incredible. I like the sound of the portaits interacting with guests, could make each experience unique which is what you want :D

I have an interesting question. For those that do not meet the requirements for the ride, do they lose out on the whole experience such as not seeing the inside like dumbldore's office, the room of requirement or the portraits, etc.

Most rides like this have a "chicken out" door where the staff can just let you out if you are not interested in riding

PS: Theming looks amazing, like I knew it would

I recall hearing that there will be a separate line for those who do not meet the boarding requirements or otherwise don't want to ride, but still want to see the inside of the castle.

There is a separate line, confirmed by Universal, for those who want to see the castle, rooms and show scenes but then exit before the attraction.
