Universal questions

We're staying at CB the day after the new section opens for 1night then switching over to RPH for 1 night. I know we'll have unlimited express passes for the days we check in and out of RPH but what I'm wondering is this:
Does Universal have a resort luggage transfer like Disney where we can just have them transfer our luggage from one resort to another?
Also we usually use undercover tourist for our tickets. If we buy 2 day tickets from them, will universal upgrade them to 3 day tickets if we pay? And how much would it cost per ticket? I know disney gives you credit at the full retail price, not purchased price.
Also we booked our hotels through cheap tickets.com. This won't prevent us from getting the express passes at RPH will it?

Cabana Bay doesn't have bell service so I don't think there's any resort-wide bag transfer service. The express pass is tied to your room key so if you have a key you can use it to produce the pass at the hotel kiosk. I believe Universal will upgrade any ticket at the difference between the ticket you hold and the ticket you wish to purchase using the purchase window prices for the two tickets.

I can only answer the cheaptickets.com question. You will have no problem getting your express pass with that booking. It's the fact that you are staying at the resort which gives you the express pass, not how you booked it.
