It looks like this will give Uni direct access to their new 340+ acre lot via Kirkman and Sand Lake Rd.
It does make me wonder if Uni will now build 2 parks there. One facing the Convention Center and one facing Sand Lake. It also makes me wonder again if Uni already has access from the new Hotel planned at the old Wet-n-Wild site directly to Kirkman road. If I remember correctly they already own some buildings next to the old Wet-n-Wild parking lot.
I don't know the area well enough. Will Kirkman offer a better alternative to the traffic on Uni Blvd?
