Ever since I visited Islands of Adventure last year, I've been really intrigued with post Universal Florida parks. I was just wondering if there were any rumors floating around for new attractions?

I heard they were replacing Jimmy Neutron's with a Family Guy ride. I don't see how that would work out, especially with The Simpsons right next door.

You heard wrong. There's no reliable rumors circulating for anything past WWoHP. They're more likely to replace Fear Factor Live than anything else.

They need to replace FFL, The only use that building gets now is for HHN and busy season.

Fixed. It did not even reopen for Spring Break, which is a good thing and means they are looking into something most likely.

It may come back one more time when the potter crowds bleed over to the studios.....but its so awful.

Western Stunt Show please.

The thing about tv shows is they age quicker than good movies. Even if they are popular.

Heroes has been a succesful show but it is past its peak now and by the time they would open a show it would only lose popularity quicker. It is also not something that easily appeals to the general public. A show that includes a heroes segment rather than being entirely based on I could see being more likely if anything.

Just a live show where they give examples of the stunts you often see in movies and now high production value television shows. The studios park really needs something with that element back in.

Yet they still expect people to know where it is since it was used for GradBash as an exit area.

I wonder what the chances are of them redoing the theater and putting in Creature.

Very slim chance I would say as it did not even last a year at Universal LA. And it is also a very different set. While LA's castle theater is more of a theater with tons of availible rigging the Wild Wild Wild West Stadium is ...well a stadium with minimum rigging. It would also not be able to be pulled off as well with it having the outdoors leak in.

On Screamscape, the post for the Ballad of a Jaws Skipper was: Jaws... The Musical!

I thought it was a new stage show rumor

I don't know, but a JAWS Musical sounds awesome.

Wait, it's closed? I'm probably the only person that appreciated the campiness of it, then.

There is a Jaws Musical. It's called Jaws the Musical: How to Tune a Fish, and I love it. In fact, I've embedded it for you right below!

Last rumor I heard for FFL was that it was going to be replaced by a Bourne Identity style stunt show similar to LMAX at DHS. However, with the new apartments going up on the other side of the fence line, I can't see that happening.

That is happening with American Idol, and the American Idol Experience in Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Murder She Wrote, anyone?

I would love to see a Firefly/Serenity attraction, but even that would be dated. I read on here a while ago about a SNL attraction. That would be sweet. And they can have a little museum, similar to Lucy.

However, with the new apartments going up on the other side of the fence line, I can't see that happening.

Apartments?
