Agreed, I dread to think how much is being thrown away around the world....airports etc all because of security issues.
I get how it's a problem for airtravel, and why they would restrict it there.....but in an predominately outside venue I can't see it doing much.
My bigger concern on waste still remains Disney's magicbands.....so much waste from producing millions of them a year, shipping them around half-way the world, massively over-packaged...only later to later mail most of them around the US in small numbers. Madness. At least just give them to guests on arrival...and not in massive boxes.
Sad, but surely the park can't be held responsible in anyway? Even if they let people bring in anything they wanted, I don't see how someone drinking too much is their fault, it's not like they were responsible by serving them.
