What to do! We will be there in September, 2 adults. Do we do both? Or just one? Does it require more then one day? Help!

What are your current plans? How many days in Orlando? What else do you have planned for Orlando? How many times have you done those other things? How recently? How many times have you done Universal? What transportation do you have in Orlando? Any budget constraints?
We will be in Orlando for 10 days, we currently have 3 days wide open that we were hoping to do universal, some shopping and relax. We will be on our honeymoon and staying on property at disney. We will have a rental car for those 3 days. We were thinking that around $250 for one day for both of us is a lot (that's for both universal and ioa), we would have to do open-close to make it worth it. That dosnt mean we aren't open to doing so tho if that's what it will cost. Neither of us have been to universals/ioa of adventure before..

Best way to decide is to look at the list of attractions for both parks and see what interests you. There are great attractions in both parks so it may very well be worth your while to see both. IMHO, if you have never been, you shouldn't miss Wizarding World of Harry potter in IOA.

I agree.
But if they do not want to spend 2 days at Uni, and they are willing to hit it commando style, they can still accomplish a lot at both parks in one day, and it's worth seeing both.
Yep! Especially if they utilize single rider. I still wouldn't recommend doing both parks in a day, but it's very possible.
