We are heading to Orlando next September 2018 and have 2 questions. How many days are needed (there are just 2 adults) and is the front of the line express pass needed

1. It depends. If you only want to hit the highlights, it's possible to speed through them in a single day. I wouldn't recommend it though. Two days lets you take it all in. Three gives you some breathing room.

2. EP is nice to have, but it's not needed. Consider staying at one of the hotels that offers EP for free. Probably not worth the money out of pocket in Sept.

Depends on when in September. Early you still have summer and HHN starts mid Sep so it gets much busier then. If you can hit that week in between spend two days and enjoy the parks to yourselves

Always, always, always plan extra time for our Florida weather. It is still rainy/hurricane season and it WILL rain. Every.single.day. I would say, including VB, plan for 4 days. Then you don't have to rush around. And yes on EP. Just stay at HRH :)
