Universal Holiday Season Must Do's?

Replanning our entire trip to include US Orlando (to help convince wife we have so much to explore). US dates are 12/1 (arrival) - 12/3 (we check out 12/4 and head to Disney).

Right now, I have the Universal Holiday Tour on the list for Friday, 12/2. Reading a review, it seems a lot of people highly recommend this, especially if you're not frequent US visitors. Not sure if anyone did this last year and would offer a dissenting opinion?

The other thing on my list is potentially a concert on Saturday, 12/3. I see that Mannheim Steamroller is usually there every year? If so, my wife would LOVE it. Seems you just need to have park admission for tickets? Also, looking at Google images, I can't tell if they put chairs/benches out there for the concert or if it's standing only (or if you can rent chairs?)? Lastly, anyone have any idea how long the concert is?

If you have other 'must do's at Universal during Holidays please share them so I can add them to my Google Doc :D

These are included in the Holiday Tour package if I read correctly, so have those covered.
OK, I will give you the #1 tip for a great Universal stay and that is head over to Orlando Informer and read. They have the most comprehensive site to give you the knowledge and tips that you have the best stay possible. There is no better site for Universal planning information.
