What are the best directions for driving from Boardwalk Resort to Universal? I don't trust Mapquest.

Thanks in advance,

Kristen

I dont really know the roads inside of WDW, but all you have to do is get onto I-4, go north to Universal blvd. get off there. Drive west on Universal blvd. till you get to Hollywood Way, there you turn right to get into the parking structures. Have fun at Univeral, and hope I helped a little

Like Michael72688, I wish I knew the roads on the Disney property better than I do...but, once you get near I-4, take it east (towards Orlando) and you'll see exits marked for Universal after you pass Seaworld. Kinda hard to miss, actually...

Hope you enjoy your stay!

When you pull out of the Boardwalk parking lot, turn right on Buena Vista and follow the signs to I-4. Take I-4 East toward Orlando. You'll stay on I-4 for about 10 minutes and you'll pass the Sea World exit. Two exits later is Sand Lake Road/International Drive. Take that exit and turn right. Get into your far left lane. Cross International Drive and take the next left, which is Universal Blvd (just after you see the Residence Inn on your left). You'll go past Skull Kingdom on your right, as well as Wet N Wild on your left, and you'll go over and overpass. Just after the overpass, you'll start seeing the signs for Universal. Get in your right lane. You'll turn right on Hollywood and follow the signs toward the theme parks. This will take you into the big parking structure.

I'm pretty sure Mears has service to UO from WDW resorts....Other than that, you'd have to take a taxi.
Thanks, Nemo Rocks. I thought Meers did, too. Just one more thing I'm looking into before we go.

From what I remember from a week ago, you don't even need to take the Sand Lake Rd/International Exit...the very next exit on I-4 in that direction will be for Universal. There isn't the need for messing about on International Drive anymore...

That is correct....the next exit after I-Drive is for Universal (I believe it is 75A).
