My in law will be going with us to both Uni and IOA, they own a home in Florida but live in Ohio. On the Uni website the qualifying documents for FL residency they don't have.,ie DL/Passport. For WDW they need to have a Mortage statement or utility bill.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Thanks:)

The Captain is correct. Owning property in Florida does not make you a resident. If you can not produce the required ID (Florida Driver's License, Florida State-issued ID card (must have Florida address), Florida voter's registration card with corresponding photo ID, College ID from a Florida college or university with corresponding photo ID) then you can not get Florida resident offers.
