Universal Express Pass Question

I have a question concerning the Universal Express Pass. Say there is a party of 3 and 2 of them have a VIP Express Pass (unlimited express pass) and 1 has just a regular Express Pass ( One Express Pass line per ride). Can someone with the VIP Express Pass allow someone else in their party to use their pass so they are able to use the Express line more than once? Basically my wife and I got a VIP Express Pass but my brother in law only got a regular Express Pass and I was wondering if a situation came up where he wanted to ride something again and one of us didnt, could we simply just give him our VIP pass to get in the express line again? Thanks

Well, the VIP tickets will have names on them, so the question becomes will the attraction greeter stop to verify the names with an id? My guess is no, but in reality the tickets are non transferable.
However, we know you can go to Extra Magic Hours at WDW with anyone's room key and the same idea applies here.

In the unlikely chance that the greeter actually checks your Express passes, no. 99% of the time though, you'll be able to.

Yes it's dishonest and no it's not the 1950's and this type of thing is standard practice.
