Universal Dining??????

I'm a gluten free vegan and my ds has a few food allergies. Never had a problem with Disney, a major reason we go there. So how easy will it be for us to eat safely in Universal? THNX

I'm vegan and have no problems. Antonjito's was great, so was Cowfish. Like anywhere else, you just gotta ask. ** I do splurge and have a milkshake on vacation- it's shameful, I know, but delicious.
