Universal Chain of Command

I know at Disney there is a president of the resort and stuff but does it work the same at Universal Orlando, and are the presidents of the parks and stuff too? I'm just curious

Bob Gault is the Al Weiss of Universal Orlando, and a really nice guy to boot.

Does each park have a president too?

nope.. their chain of commands are almost mirror images of WDW's. VP's for each department of the park, with a senior VP at the top of the park. Some of the departments are small enough (ie- Entertainment), that 1 VP is sufficient to cover both parks.

Most theme/amusement park change have the same chain of command format. It isn't a Disney specific thing, just sound business practices.
