Well the website has listed dates it is NOT showing, there weren't many but it listed 2 nights in Sept which would lead me to believe its running during the rest of Sept.will they still be having the show in sep? i know in the past some shows were seasonal
Thanks, this is what I was wondering would happen, it would be great to have the park open later.during september sunsets happen around 745 in early sept to 715 in late. they could easily change the times of closing and the show to 8 p.m. if they are still busy
Thanks but I wondering how the set up works, if the park shuts at 7pm, how do you view the show at 9 or 9.30pm?Just look at the show's site on the website:
NOTE: Universal's Cinematic Spectacular will not take place on the following dates: 9/6 - 9/8, 9/19, 9/21 - 9/22, 9/27 - 9/30, 10/4 - 10/7, 10/11 - 10/14, 10/17 - 10/21, 10/24 - 10/28, 10/31, 11/15, 12/5.
The park closes at 6pm not 7pm (my mistake!) it's not dark by then in Sept, is it possible to do it when still light!Cinematic Spectacular won't show on Halloween Horror Nights. So, it will be limited in September and October. There are rumors that HHN will have a special horror-themed Cinematic Spectacular.
I suspect they'll end up adding hours as we get closer to the fall, but remember, it gets darker much earlier in the fall. Earlier show times will be possible.

The showings won't be at 9 or 9:30 if the park closes at 7.
I was just wondering this myself. December park hours have been released. US closes at 6pm and IoA closes at 7pm the night we are going (December 13th). I hope that CineSpec starts at 7 so I can catch a little of it before heading to an 8pm dinner reservation. Is that likely? And would I be able to watch it from the view of the lagoon near City Walk or is that a bad angle?
I'd assume the show will be at 6-6:30 around that time. It's playing the whole year save for HHN nights and a few special events, so it WILL be showing.
And no, you can't watch it from CityWalk. It's not really a fireworks show. More a fountain/waterscreen show with firework highlights.
Thanks. Then do you watch it from US or IoA or can it be seen from both?
