I was at Sea World today. I was glad to see Terrors of the Deep reopened. As many of you know I am a Dale Earnhardt fan. I was wearing a Dale Earnhardt shirt today. As I got off of the moving ramp in the shark tunnel, the guy started yelling at me. I couldn't hear all of what he said, but I did hear "Big Bad Dale Earnhardt... Concrete... nothing left" I was disgusted and ready to leave. Do you think I am overreacting to the situation or reacting appropriately?:confused:

like water off a duck's back, let it roll right off and forget it. Anytime you wear a shirt of an sports team or individual, there is always the chance of some jerk being around. Don't let it bother you or he wins.

IMHO, let it roll off your back. It's one thing to be around friends wearing a shirt with your favorite team or band or whatever, it's another to be at a theme park where people's courtesy and IQ levels seem to drop after walking through the front gate. ;)

uuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....he WAS AT sea world when it happened so then this is posted under Sea World..... do you see the connection now.

This could be moved to Chit Chat, I agree.... but, are you 100% positive that the Sea World employee was not trying to joke with you? Maybe trying to start a conversation with you?

:lol: A former Nascar great.

He died... I think it was 2 years ago, maybe 1. He crashed into a wall... he wasn't wearing the safety harness like he was supposed to, so he died.

His son races too... Dale Jr.

Now, I'm sure this guy had a personal beef with Dale Earnhardt. (smell that? that's sarcasm) I would like to know what exactly would possess a person to yell something like that for any reason. And was he an employee? You should've reported him. I love it when people decide that because they've read something about a "celebrity" it's gospel, and they're entitled to have an opinion about somebody they have never met!! BTW, we're Junior fans at this house!! Go#8!!
