Undergraduate Co-op Program Questions

Hello!

I have the opportunity to participate in one of the paid 6 month co-op programs in California with Disney. Though, I live on the east coast and the job doesn't really have anything to do with my career goals. So I'm still trying to decide whether or not to go.

Does anyone have any experiences, good and bad, that they could share with me about the undergrad co-op program in CA or in general?

I've never been to CA before so it's pretty nerve-racking to think about moving out there cold for this sudden opportunity for such a long time. Any help would be extremely useful, thanks! :)

Well I have only done the WDW Collage Program and I had a blast. I had the opportunity to meet some awesome people and made good contacts. It was pretty cool being able to network with the leaders at WDW.

While Disney may not be my long-term career choice, I would highly recommend ANY internship/co-op/College Program opportunity with Disney. Having the opportunity to work with Disney either on an internship or even when vendors & contractors work with Disney, it only betters you as a person when it comes to business, communications, etc.

Good Luck! :D
