has anyone ever bought tickets through undercovertourist.com? are they reliable? Did they save you that much money?

I used them this year. No problems.
I've used Maple Leaf in the past, also reliable, but I tried Undercover Tourist because of free shipping. The amount saved going through either one varies on what type of ticket is purchased, but is usually just a few dollars per ticket.
The only advantage I can see to buying tickets directly from Disney are two: 1) you want a dining plan as part of your package to save money on food, and 2) you can get the pass to be on your room key by going through Disney.
I've never heard of a problem with either Maple Leaf or Undercover Tourist. Maple Leaf sent me the wrong ticket two years ago. I called them, they give me instructions, and I made the exchange and had the correct ticket within the time it took to mail things back and forth.
