Undercover Tourist E-tickets - wrong DATES! Help!

Hi everyone - looking for insight before I completely panic. I confirmed the dates for my family's two day pass three times and somehow when I went to make our park reservation, it wouldnt link. I look at ticket and its saying the start window is TWO days after the days we were to be there. I have read that if you wanted a FUTURE date that wouldnt be an issue because of the e-tickets "credit" being good forever. However, does anyone know if they honor dates before?!?! Of course its the weekend and after-hours. Stressed already because of covid and this debacle isnt helping. Trying to hear if anyone has had this happen to them...I dont want to admit user error but I am sure that is what it was...signed - #distressedinmaryland

You should be able to contact Undercover Tourist directly today - (386) 239-8624. We once had a WDW ticket issue with tickets we purchased from them (in our case, it was needing to upgrade already-purchased tickets because I purchased the wrong kind). Their customer service was top notch. If they can help you, they will.
