So I did research this before posting, but thought it could just use an upgrade. Here's some of my unanswered WDW questions that I would love to have answered. Feel free to leave any questions of your own! :)

1. If Stitch's Great Escape is a prequel to the movie, then how come Stitch winds up on earth here and the aliens still don't know what "Eyarth" is in the movie? (Please no "because this ride sucks" excuses!)

2. Why do the scenes in Soarin' just randomly cut to different areas? Why couldn't there be like a transition through clouds or something so it doesn't seem like you're just gliding and then think "oh yea, it's a film."

3. How did Brer Rabbit come out alive after being thrown into a briar patch?

4. How did the Yeti get into the cave with just those small train-entrance holes? (not literally, story-wise)

5. Why is Dinoland carnival-themed, and DINOSAUR like a museum, laboratory thing, but still in the same land?

6. If Mr. Toad is in the animal graveyard, did he died?

5. The elaborate (and stupid) backstory of Dinorama can explain this. Fossils were found in the area, and the Dino Institute bought up all the land for research. But Chester and Hester, who owned a gas station nearby, refused to sell. Instead they capitalized on the tourism generated by the fossil findings by building a carnival.

6. Yes. In Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, the guests, representing Toad, crashed and went to hell. (I can't make this stuff up!)

But he's probably there because his ride was removed, not because he died in the ride. I don't know for sure.

Ohhh that does make more sense now! I rode the ride in Disneyland..

If you think about it though, that makes sense. Even though that's pretty dang dark! :p haha

I was referring for story, not reality. o-o

1. No idea. I haven't been on SGE in a long while, haven't watched the movie in even longer, so I can't think of a proper/reasonable response. But maybe the aliens heard a non-English word for Earth and thought that that's what the planet is called, so they had no idea what "Eyarth" could be. I should probably go watch the movie now...

2. Maybe the speed at which we're traveling, plus the various heights we quickly ascend and descend to, messes with our blood pressure and equilibrium causing us to momentarily black out. We don't actually see ourselves blacking out, of course, but when we come to, we find out we're now located somewhere different.

3. Brer Rabbit is born and bred in the briar patch! He'd know exactly how to jump in and come out alive.

4. The train holes are cut into the mountain by humans who, due to the safety of the cargo (and, eventually, the people) they were transporting, wanted the find the safest and most durable route. The Yeti itself probably entered through a mountain cave system, which, while having conveniently large openings passing through the mountain, was deemed too unstable (and perhaps not as direct) for train use by those building the route.

Plus, it's a sacred mountain, so I don't think the locals would be all that happy about tons of holes being blasted, and human-made support structures being wedged into such a sacred space just for a tea train.

5. See @Zweiland 's post

6. Maybe he faked his death to get out of his debts (and to get everyone to stop hating on him), so now he's off somewhere else, living under a pseudonym, and driving like the crazy Toad he is. Meanwhile, his fake statue resides in the graveyard as a way of backing up his purported death. Or, as @Zweiland , said, Toad does crash and goes to hell.

I love #2, this makes perfect sense!

But it's the fact that it's a PREquel to the movie and they Stitch has apparently already escaped before, and landed on the same planet as it's sequel, under the same crew that keeps him trapped.

He lands on earth, but in the movie, it's apparent that none of those aliens had ever heard of it (except the queen alien thingy.) Just kinda ironic how stitch happens to land on the same planet twice d;

Yes, this. It took me a long time to really understand the storyline, and listen to all of the dialogue...most of the time I wasn't too worried about the specifics while getting soaked :p

4. - He mistakenly wandered into the little known back entrance to the mountain that was designed for DHS but ultimately never used so they installed it as a service entrance for cast members to save money and has been unable to find his way out ever since. (sorry...I just had to do it!)

#3 answer - as a small child my mother used to read the Brer Rabbit book to me. He pleads to the fox and bear not to throw him in the briar patch. It's all a trick and in the end he comes out saying "cause that's where I was born".

Oh by the way, he is caught because the fox and bear set up a tar baby who Brer Rabbit gets into a fight with and is caught up in all the tar.

Funny I remember that. I was probably about 5 years old.

IMO It would have been an attraction first before Lilo & Stitch Came out...Making him an Original Park Character and the Movie would have been Inspired from Said Attraction..

2. Why do the scenes in Soarin' just randomly cut to different areas? Why couldn't there be like a transition through clouds or something so it doesn't seem like you're just gliding and then think "oh yea, it's a film."

Because they Were Friggin CHEAP! Worst Editing Ever!

3. How did Brer Rabbit come out alive after being thrown into a briar patch?
Watch The Short to find out...

4. How did the Yeti get into the cave with just those small train-entrance holes? (not literally, story-wise)

Bare in mind It's Force Perspective...The Distance between Mountains are "Supposedly" Far Apart from each other..So Between Forbidden Mountain & Everest There could be caverns between Both mountains for said Yeti to go in and out of...

There is a good explanation to all of this on this Blog..http://disneyshawn.blogspot.com/2009/11/welcome-new-interns.html

6. If Mr. Toad is in the animal graveyard, did he die?
No....A Whole Load of Pooh did him in!

SGE is full of plot holes and contradictions. Another big one is that Stitch wasn't called "Stitch" until Lilo gave him the name in the movie, and yet he refers to himself as "Stitch" in the attraction.

Must've just been Stitch's evil twin that was released into space or... no... no.. that's already a movie too.

1. I could care less about StitchI wont waste my brain cell thinking about it.:cautious:

2. Your glider after each scene gets caught up in an invisible time portal which carries you to the next scene.

3. He crawled in as a baby Yeti and over time grew too large to get out.:p

4. Brer Fox, overjoyed at finally capturing his nemesis, mused aloud over what to do with him. With every idea (barbecuing, hanging, etc.) Brer Rabbit pleaded, “Do what you want but please don’t throw me into the Briar Patch!” Brer Fox, wanting to hurt the rabbit as badly as possible, flung him into the briar patch. Brer Fox realized his mistake when, instead of crying in agony, Brer Rabbit smiled smugly at the fox and sang that he was “Born and bred in the briar patch!” and Brer Fox knew that Brer Rabbit had once again outwitted him.

5. Cause Eisner was too cheap to spend the money to give us a decent DinoLand:mad:

6. Yes... I met him in my Biology class.

You just need to accept that it is a poorly written attraction that does not strongly consider its source material. Experiment 626 also refers to himself as Stitch, a name he does not get until he meets Lilo.
