Unable to purchase park tickets online

I’ve tried multiple times to purchase a 3-day park ticket to disney world, using different cards still getting an error message and it’s obviously not my bank. I called Disney twice and they say that there’s nothing they can do and I have to buy tickets at the park. I purchased tickets almost a month ago and same issue except last time I talked to ticket services manager and they helped purchase it over the phone but this time nothing. Is it possible my name is flagged in their system or is it just a weird occurrence?

That’s weird. If you call direct, they can’t just sell them to you over the phone with a credit card?

I thought it would be that easy too, but apparently with every card I use there’s an “error” online and through the phone.

Go get some Disney Gift Cards at a local home improvement store / retailer etc.

Call Disney back and buy your tickets with the Disney gift cards.
