Unable to post attachments (PLEASE READ)

According to the forum rules on my posting page, it reads "You may not post attachments". However, many other members on the WDWMagic forums, if not actually most of them, can post attachments with their posts. Why is this? I am currently in the middle of creating a proposal for a 6th Disney theme park, and have to rely on someone else to post my map drawings for me. This hardly seems fair. Is this a privledge that only certain members have? :brick:

In order to post pictures, like you see many members doing, you must be a Premium Member, like myself. This is a $5 donation every month.

You can post any images in http://photoalbums.wdwmagic.com you can then link to them from there in your posts. Hope that helps!

That wasn't what I was trying to do. I wanted to post my attachment photo onto my posts. WeirdOne, who is currently doing this for me, has this option, and he is also not a paying Premium Member-- simply a Senior WDWMagic Cast Member. Also, posting them into my photo album takes up quite a bit of space (in terms of computer space) in my account.
