Unable to post attachments (PLEASE read!)

As I wrote in my earlier post, I was planning to create a series of drawings or diagrams for my proposed Disney theme park. However, my posting page clearly states "You may not post attachments" How do you get this option? Is this something that only certain members has access to? I would appreciate all the help and information about this, since I really do wish to have this option!

You can't post attachments in this section of the site.

Either post the picture in your photo album and link to it from there, or if it's hosted somewhere, use the IMG button to insert it.
