My boyfriend purchased an annual pass for me and was making monthly payments on it. His credit card information changed and he didnt update the information. Needless to say my pass was canceled and we received an email saying it was going to be sent to a collection agency if we didnt pay. Havent heard anything since. No phone calls or emails from Disneyland or any collection agency and its been close to a year.

Should we be worried? How do we resolve this? Why havent we heard anything?

Depending on what was owing, the collection agency may not have wanted to accept the debt. If that's the case, next time you try to buy tickets or another AP, they may insist that you pay the outstanding debt first.

Do you know how to check the outstanding debt?

Call Disney? I'm honestly not sure. Did the email have any special contact info?
mmm to be honest i dont remember, its literally been almost a full year since the last time I heard from Disney. But calling them makes sense

Thank you!

Without question call Disney. You really should have called the moment you got the initial letter and worked something out with Disney. If they do send it to collections, Disney gets removed from the equation and you will have to deal with a company whose sole source of income is collecting that debt. I let you guess which one will be easier to deal with.
