Unable to make ADRs - site down?

I've have problems since Friday. Not been able to book ANYTHING online.
Now on my third trans Atlantic phone call to Disney Dining

The site has been wonky for about the past week. We've had to call to get our reservations, that is after I listened to a 20 minute rant from my dad about how terrible the site is.
This is the response I received to my email inquiry:
"Thank you for contacting the Walt Disney World® Resort.
There is a known challenge preventing some guests from booking dining reservations for the 180 days plus length of stay online. With this challenge you are able to view and select times, however when you try to book you get the error message. We do have technical teams investigating and they hope to have this resolved soon, however there is no estimate as to when it will be corrected.
To get your dining reservations booked you can call the Disney Reservation Center at 407-939-3463 and speak with a dining specialist to book your length of stay reservations or you can book them day by day when the 180 day mark hits for each day of your stay.
If you have questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact us.

@stephbreynolds Glad that you were able to get it to work with IE. That's probably the only thing I didn't try!
I was able to call at 7 and get the ADRs I wanted, so I'm not too unhappy with the system. And the hold time wasn't as horrible as I thought it was going to be. I think I've just come to expect the website not to work. The definition of crazy is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results, right? If I keep saying to myself - This is a multi-bazillion dollar company - why can't they figure out the tech part?? - and expecting them to figure it out, I think I'm going to go crazy.
