We are in the UK and needed to contact the MY DISNEY EXPERIENCE helpdesk so we were grateful when the UK Disney Travel Co suggested using the 0800 number.

The number connects to the Orlando office and, as there was quite a wait, it was reassuring to have a free number.
Best of all, when we got connected to the advisor, she couldn't have been more helpful.
She sorted our queries and gave us all the answers we needed including making a small correction to our MDE profile details while we were on the phone.
Excellent service and a great Disney experience as always!
