Uber to Port Canaveral

Has anyone taken an Uber to the port? What is the earliest time an Uber driver can drop us off? I know that they hold people at the beginning of the parking lot but what do they do about Uber drivers and Lyft?

The parking garage at PC doesn't open until 10:15 am and they will turn away anyone arriving by non-DCL transportation prior to that time. If arriving by ride share, you really don't wont to get there to much prior to your port arrival time as you will have to wait outside of the terminal building until your PAT is called.

Thank you. I will need to take an Uber as we are staying right there in Cocoa Beach the night before and I know Uber drivers are notorious (at least in Louisville, KY) for being late and taking forever to pick you up for the ride. I might plan on an extra 30 minutes before the PAT.
