Uber/ Lyft during peak season ...

So I’m leaving in two days and was curious on a two things. Also should note we don’t have Uber or anything in my town (yay country living) :) so sorry for dumb questions.

1. How active are Ubers/Lyfts during peak season? I understand I’ll have to wait but do they cater towards WDW more during peak season?

2. If I’m staying at French Quarter and attending MK on the 26th... how early should I leave if taking a bus or taking Uber/Lyft? I wanna rope drop but I am well aware how insane it is gonna be. Just wanna try and get ahead of a few hundred/thousand people.

I would imagine you’ll have no trouble finding a driver. We were there last year (Orlando) and it was a breeze to get wherever we wanted.

I strongly suggest the bus for MK. Uber still requires a transfer to the monorail or boat (or bus during peak time) and they are not reliable. Just hop on the bus from your resort and be dropped off as close as you can.
