Typhoon refurb

Just looked on the hours calendar and noticed it closed the week of Mar. 11 and has been for a while. Does it normally close for this long, I thought it was a week or two in the past.
Too bad we just decided to go down this year for March break.

The two water parks each close for an extended period of time during the colder winter season. I want to say in the 1 1/2-2 month window. Exact duration and timing may vary (I think they have flopped the order once or twice) but usually only one water park will be open at a time.

Thanks for the info I didn't realize that it does close for a while, makes sense with the wave pool
