Typhoon Lagoon OPEN??

Just checking the Disney Park Hours for my upcoming March visit, to see if anything I had planned to do was effected (only one thing- the Friday night performance (3/21) of Spectro Magic was cancelled, which means I won't see the show on this trip). Anyway, as was mentioned here, Blizzard Beach is closed until April. However, Typhoon Lagoon, according to their page, is still scheduled to be open. Is this some kind of glitch, or is this true?

If it's true, why would Disney open Typhoon Lagoon and not Blizzard Beach. If they are going to open one water park, wouldn't it make more sense to open the newer, bigger, and more popular one?

My understanding is that Blizzard Beach would be closed for rehab. If that is the case then that is why Typhoon Lagoon would be open while Blizzard Beach is closed.

Every winter, both water parks close for rehab. However, they close at alternating times. Typhoon Lagoon closed first, and reopened when Blizzard went into rehab. Typhoon Lagoon is currently open.
