TTC Bike Rack and Random Picnic Tables

Good Evening All -

Exploring WDW property via Google Maps again. I just noticed that they have a bike rack at the TTC over in the charter bus/ride share drop off area. I cannot figure out why it would be there? I don't believe you are permitted to ride bikes on the public roads in WDW.

Then I noticed random little picnic table area with a few sheds on the right side of the charter bus area. Wondering what that could be - an area for the charter bus drivers to hang maybe?

While WDW doesn't rent bikes here, you can walk from Polynesian to TTC. This resort is quite large and it can be quite a walk from your room to TTC. I imagine someone at some point has brought a bike, and to my knowledge, they are permitted at hotels with restrictions for certain areas.

Lynx buses also serve the Transportation and Ticket Center. Someone could ride a bike to the bus and then be dropped off at Walt Disney World.
