Just read this through Yahoo. Apparently we've now broken the record for named storms. The good news for this one is that it's not expected to reach hurricane strength at all and not expected to be a threat to the US or its interests.

This year has been an unbelievable year for hurricanes. I know the weather experts are saying that we are entering an active time period for hurricanes. I can only hope that next year brings less damage to all those in vulnerable areas.
