Trying to make final payment, website says details not available...

Does anyone know if this is just a glitch that may go away or does this happen past a certain date?
Final payment is due Friday (9/25)
I wanted to make payments online because I have a lot of gift cards, but it says this...

"Remaining Balance: We're sorry. Detail payment information is not available at this time. Please try again later."

Just probably a website issue at the moment. You can just call to make a payment as well. They are used to people using a lot of gift cards at once.

Ok thanks, I sort of figured that, but didn't want to sit and wait for it to get fixed if it never would. lol
I'll wait a day and see if the payment option pops back up. I know people call with gift cards all the time, I just feel bad and would rather do it myself if I can.

Your very welcome! I know people have had this problem in the past when it came to their final payment so I don't know if it's going to fix itself or not. I hope it does for you, but if not by tomorrow I know you don't want to but you'll just have to call.
