Reading through the Roy WDW train renovations on the news forum and there’s a lot of back in forth between intentions and desires of Roy and very specific timelines and facts.
It got me thinking, what’s more important, preserving the facts as they are or compressing them into a better more intriguing story.
At what point do these stories become folklore? Is it better to have a fantasized folklore story of a true event or have that event be forgotten?
Don’t mean for stuff that’s truly important, but say touring Disney or Savannah, Georgia, how much should we hold stories to truth?
