Troubleshooting Online ADRs

Hello! I am having trouble making ADRs online. I have contacted Disney (a week ago) and they haven't gotten back, so I wanted to try a panel of experts. :)

When I try and make reservations, first I have trouble signing in, though I've reset my password and gone through all that. When I enter my email & password, it just brings me back to the login screen. Doesn't say I'm logged in or that login failed, just brings me back to the same screen.

Then, when I just go and try and look at the restaurants and see the online booking system, it doesn't let me do anything. It shows the restaurant information above, but doesn't load anything below. I've tried updating my versions of Internet Explorer & Mozilla, and it still doesn't work. Can anyone help me? :veryconfu Thanks in advance!

I agree - just call. It's not worth the hassle of figuring out their bugs in the system. Just make sure you write down your ressie ##!!
