Trouble with using Custom Avatar...

I've tried a repeated amount of times to link this:

As an avatar. I can get to the avatar update page, but when I put this link into the options of the URL avatar, it goes, but only to a "This Page Cannot Be Found".

Could someone please put this up as my avie? Or help me? lol

http://gladstone.uoregon.edu/~ajones8/littlemermaid/mermaid_files/image002.jpg is the actual URL of the image. but using that might make it too large. best bet is to save the smaller version to your computer and then upload it to be the avatar.
