Trouble ordering Magic Bands

Hi everyone, for days I've been trying to choose the Magic Bands for our trip starting February 3rd but all I get is this error message:

Is someone else dealing with the problem? What can I do?

You might be too early since your trip isn’t until February? Not sure how that works with the upgraded bands.

Just keep trying. I had this problem when the bands first came out through MyExperience. The number of bands change day by day. ou have plenty of time before February.

I had the same problem. I used the "Chat" button and the cast member suggested that I open an "incognito" window and try again. I use chrome so I clicked the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner and selected "New Incognito Window" from the drop down menu and signed in and it worked immediately. She also told me to try another browser if that did not work. Hope this works for you.

Yes, try incognito mode, and if that doesn't work you may need to delete Disney related cookies.
