Yesterday I made two calls to DVC - the first was nerve wracking and less than stellar... but when I had more time I called back to fix the mess from the first call.
The second call was answered by Trixie - and she was better than phenomenal. She knew exactly how to take care of everything I wanted/needed. She did it quickly, and every step along the way she told me what she was going to try to do and what my secondary options were.
She also chatted about my upcoming milestone birthday and told me about her anniversary....
Trixie also told me about when she thought Southwest was going to open up the next part of the calendar for flights in the fall so I could book my magical express.
Talking to Trixie made me start getting excited to countdown to my vacation.
(I left a message for the supervisor at the call center to say how wonderful Trixie was...but want to keep shouting it from the rooftop!!)
