Trip Report June 23-28th

We had a great time on our first trip to the World in 7 years. Thank you again to those on the board who answered our questions before leaving. :sohappy:

We stayed at the Caribbean Beach in Trinidad North 31. I was shocked to be able to see Bonnet Creek construction from our parking lot. I couldn't picture the location of the property after seeing it described on the board, and would never have imagined it so close. These are photos I took of the "view". It was hazy and they aren't great.

Friday night Downtown Disney was MOBBED. I have NEVER seen it so crowded!
Saturday was the Magic Kingdom. I can't remember EVER being able to have little to no wait for so many rides. At opening we walked on Jungle Cruise, Splash, Big Thunder, and Haunted Mansion, then waited 5-10 minutes for Peter Pan, Small World and Snow White, even though 10-20 min. was posted. Buzz was 20 min, 30 posted.<br>
Sunday EMH morning at Epcot. Soarin was 15 min at opening, 5 min. for Mission Space Green, 30 min posted TT, and walk on for JII and HISTA.
Monday EMH morning at MGM was 10 min TOT at opening, 10 min for Star Tours, and 20 min for the Great Movie Ride (50 min. posted) mid-morning.
Tuesday at the Animal Kingdom was walk on for the safari at opening, 5 min. for Dinosaur and 15 min for ITTBAB. By midmorning the wait for Kali was 50 min standby, didn't even check for Everest.
Wed. morning hit MK again before leaving. Again walked on JC, Big Thunder and HM. Buzz was 5 min with FP, 30 min standby.

Sounds like you had a great time - I'd rather find the crowds at DTD than stand behind them in line at the parks.

Thanks for the post
