I just got back from a small trip last night for the 8th graders so I thought Id share:
We had to be at school at 5am and ofcoarse the girls bus didnt show till 6 so we were an hour late. Once we got there we went on the monorail but for some reason it wasnt giving the tour. Also across from the grand floridian on the other side of the water where 3 cranes working.When we got inside I started playing with all the characters, Smee started running after me but Alladin ignored me and me and pluto had a very indept conversation about mickey and minnie.While still on main street I started my first pin collection,jeez do you know how hard it is to find a stich pin these days?? Splash mountain is deadly in need of a good refurbishment, the brair patch looks horrible, going up to the big drops by a light there is no ceiling so you can see right through to the metal structure also it seems to be breaking down alot more often,in one ride brer fox and brer rabbit were makin trouble down the stream for like 10 minutes at time and it happened 6 times on one ride! also mr.toad is never comming back-ever according to a winnie the pooh cm
the best thing to do is wear a necklace or jacket with ur name on it its soo cool since everyone knows you. Every ride we got off of the cm was like "Did you have a good time Casey?" lol it was cool since everyone thought i knew EVERYONE. I must have a curse about wdw with me.evertime i go i hurt my foot to the extent I cant walk for about an hour,good thing kevin was there. I asked a cm and he said philarmagic is to be opening soon but wouldnt tell me anything else. At space mountain I asked the cm if the asteroids are cookies and she ofcoarse said no until some people walked away and told me ya.
Im so proud of myself I found my first really hidden hidden mickey. At the partners statue walts ring is in the shape of a mickey head but yall probably already knew that.
