Trip Insurance Question

Hello. I will be purchasing trip insurance for our vacation in 2019. We are booking via DVC points rental, so I won't be getting the insurance directly connected to Disney. My question is whether I should include our park tickets in my estimate. Technically, they would still be valid for the remainder of the year should something happen. If we rescheduled, we would still be able to use them later in 2019. Do you typically include your park tickets in this? Thanks in advance for the advice.

I would. Assume the worst - what if you had something happen medically that kept you traveling the rest of the year? Wouldn't you want that cost reimbursed?

I always insure every component of the trip just in case. I feel more comfortable knowing it's all covered under a "cancel for any reason" policy.

For peace of mind, I think its a must and to include any and every aspect, i.e., if you spent money on tickets, then include that in the policy.
