At WDW with my partner - we are from the UK. Arrived on 5th May 2016 and staying for 2 weeks. Last stay was May 2014.

Observations so far:
• MK - Loved the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train; short but sweet and feels faster than the vids showed on YouTube - great job Disney
• MK - too many overtired young kids bawling their hearts out 8pm onwards - seriously moms and dads take them home at a sensible time and stop thinking of yourselves
• MK - still think double strollers should be banned
• AK - had more fun here today than we did in 2014 - FOTLK definitely a highlight for me as that was being under process of relocation during last trip. EE always a hoot.
• Disney Springs - ate at HOB for first time, great ribs. We still feel DS is lacking in choice of restaurants overall though
• More observations to come..

Non Disney:

• Seaworld - did not get the same excitement as 2014 - it's very clear Shamu show is being dwindled down..loved Pets Ahoy show as always and went on JTA 3 times!
• Weather has been a god send coming from a never ending winter in UK ☀️☀️☀️

Happy to answer any questions

Agree on most of them, but I'm surprised you weren't more disappointed with 7DMT. I thought it was a solid D ticket when I first road, but I got more and more disappointed with it the more I rode it.

It's simply too short.

Glad you're having a nice time.

7DMT is an overhyped ride. Slightly better than Barnstormer with lines that are unacceptable. The only good it does is captivates herds of people who are happy to wait that long. I waste a FP on it simply because we can hammer out 6-10 rides while they are still standing in line.

Love reading observations from someone "on scene" who doesn't seem to have an ax to grind! FOTLK is an outstanding production I could see weekly and still love it. I haven't figured out why people will wait 120+ minutes for the 7DMT yet...good attraction but not THAT good. Agree about "One Ocean" at SW. Too bad you won't be here after June 10 because Mako at SW looks outstanding and I can't wait to experience it. DS is getting there. Have you tried Raglan Road? Good food and great vibe. Sadly I think double strollers and worn out kids are going to be with us for a while. Going to get hot this week so enjoy!

I wouldn't say "slightly better" than Barnstormer. Saying that just shows a bias toward hating the ride. You can hate it, but it's a lot better than Barnstormer.

Barnstormer has no show scenes, is completely outside, is shorter, has essentially no details, and lacks a show building.

Nice feedback and I'm jealous that you get to be at Disney while I'm at work lol.

Have you been to Epcot or Hollywood Studios yet?

Epcot tomorrow - DHS next week. Today we are going to Premium Outlet at Vineland's to replenish our wardrobe attires!

Thanks for the Ragland Road recommendation - will take a look at the menu

In regards to 7DMT we got a FP as the stand by queue reached 170 minutes - in our opinion no queue is worth over 30 minutes! And so far we have managed to do all the attractions desired with less than 30 minute wait time
