We are heading to WDW this Friday for the holidays and it is not our first time, but I always wonder what it is I will forget to bring this time around! I would love some of your suggestions (and maybe what you have forgotten in the past:hammer: ). Thanks!:xmas:

When we go at Christmas time we always bring some strands of Christmas lights and extension cords. We use them to decorate in the room and/or the balcony.

This past trip I forgot gel hand sanitizer....with cold & Flu season, and all those handrails I touched, I wish I had brought it!

I always seem to forget something simple, like my hairbrush, jammies, or toothpaste. As long as you have your tickets, ID and Credit Crads (along with a sense of humor, joy and patience) you'll have a great time!

That was cool to see when we were down there last week! We did something that seemed to be unusual. We brought some battery operated lights and decorated my daughter's buggy! Even had some of that cheepy garland and put it around the lights. We were constantly complimented on our idea and it was easy to spot our buggy. I figured they sell all those glow necklaces and such this was even better!! You put those things on blink and its easy to spot your family! :sohappy: Have a great time (wish we were still there!)!!!

Bring some warm clothes!! We just returned two weeks ago and were very glad we listened to all the helpful people on this site. We needed sweatshirts and jeans at night but not really during the day. We swam almost everyday so don't forget you swimsuits also. The pools are heated so go for it!!

The only time I have ever packed everything I needed was when I went to visit family and really didn't want to go and put off packing til 6:30 the morning I left.
Apparently I work well under pressure.

I don't know if you intend to do any laundry while there, but I always bring a small bottle of detergent. Even if I don't need to do laundry (and I usually do a small load if I'm there for a week or longer), it's nice to have in case of emergencies. Bringing it from home is a heck of a lot cheaper than buying it on vacation.

We arrive on Friday too! I haven't packed anything yet...but I have my list. We also bring along the lights, garland and window clings to decorate our rooms. This year I also bought some battery operated candles for the windows as well. Of course we can't forget our Disney Christmas hats.
Film, batteries, chargers, hand sanitizer, swim suits and sweatshirts. Plus all meds you need.

I will second batteries and cell phone charger. I also like to bring a pair of comfy flip flops to wear in the room and around the resort after a long day in the parks.

I would add Band Aids to this list. Even with the most well broken-in shoes, rogue blisters are possible, and I always put a few in my bag every morning to take to the parks in case I start feeling the pain.

Also, I have a friend who always tries to bring something (even if it's just a plastic bag or poncho) to put down on the seats at Splash Mountain. The spray from the big drop she can handle, but not the aftermath of the wet seat.:)
