Trip during President's Day week...

Hello to all of you knowlegable Disney Vets. I wanted some help on trying to decide what day I should visit certain parks during President's Day week. I will be attending a conference at WDW and my DW and DS's (4 and 18 months) will be coming along for the trip. We will be arriving on Saturday Feb. 19 and the conference will begin on Monday the 21st and run through Wednesday. My plan was to visit MK on Sunday and take advantage of the EMH, visit AK on Wednesday and then do a full day back at MK on Friday. I know the crowds will be heavier than normal so I would like to hit visit the parks on days that will not be as crowded. I know that there are websites that predict crowd levels at the park but I have heard that they can be wrong. At this point I am just looking for some suggestions. Although the conference runs Monday through Wednesday I can miss a day if it is worth it. Thanks again for the help.

TouringPlans.com is one of those websites you mentioned, and I have found them to be "off" here and there. That being said, I looked at their forecast for your particular week, and the predicted crowds levels were at a "9" (out of 10). It's a busy week, without question. I think if you take advantage of the EMH when you can, and just plan on perhaps not seeing as much as you would hope, then you won't come back disappointed. Make whatever reservations you can now, perhaps plan on some non-parks time, and use the FPs where you can. I hope you have a good time.
