Tri-circle-d Ranch

On our last day we will have until 5:30, so I was thinking that after breakfast at Disney Springs we would head to tri-circle-d ranch. I'm assuming the best way to get there is a bus to wilderness lodge and then the ferry to fort wilderness but I wanted to see if anyone has a better idea or experience getting there?

Then would the best way back to Port Orleans be ferry to wilderness lodge>ferry to MK>bus to PORS? Should we give ourselves an hour for this?

I know taxi/uber would prob be best but we will have a 6 and 2 1/2 year old and 3 adults.

Bus to typhoon lagoon if it's not in refurb when you go then bus to wilderness lodge.

The way back bus to mk then bus to PORS

An hour this way would probably be safe, give or take a little.

I know the buses aren't the most glamorous way to travel about, the ferry is pretty and he monorail is magical but the buses are usually faster but more importantly reliable
