Trees removed from Grand Floridian?

Have trees been removed from in front of Boca Chica? This image from Google maps makes it look like some have. 852EF4C5-C12D-4D06-BFE6-27F5B72A780F.png

Here is a photo taken from the boat a few weeks ago. Boca Chica is on the left in the photo and directly in front of the building appears to be fairly free of trees. Can't speak to how long it has been this way though.

There were at least a couple more, using Disney's own images from their Specialty Cruises page we see this one:

The last time we were at the GF which was last summer, we had been assigned a room that while technically it was a "Theme Park view" room, it really was a tree park view room. We changed rooms and complained. I have a feeling that quite a few other guests did too.

Who needs trees? I've always said Disney only chooses the "green" initiative when it saves them money. Downgrading those rooms to a lower priced non theme park view category would never have been acceptable.

Cut the trees and haul them off to be processed into paper straws. That way you can still stay green and no ones going to call you a tree killer.
