Travel to and from USA

Howdy all.

Just wondering if anyone could help me answer something about flight to and from USA-Norway regarding the ESTA application. We just applied for the ESTA application, and it started me wonder something. When we was in USA a couple of years back, we had to go through customs and border protection, where we had go give fingerprints etc. But when we leaved USA back to Norway there was no check of that sort. Just wonder if that is correct and we don't get any problems visiting USA now?

Hi, we travel from the UK and do all the things you listed! They also make you look in a small lense, not sure but think this is taking a picture of your iris! ?!?! We never have any of these happen when returning to the UK. As long as your ESTA application is ok you will have no problems!

Nothing has changed, it will be the same for you.

However with imminent budget cuts (austerity), you can expect longer queues at immigration.
