Discounts are not yet "out" for November -- they only extend through the spring and it's a room discount offer, not free dining. Hi Kelli, we actually post any discounts that come out here on WDWMagic. (Kingdom Konsultant Travel) The only thing we have seen on the free dining is the pin code offers that Disney will either mail or email to our clients.
